District 2 is approximately 290 square miles of unicorporated Harris County. The population of of this district is in excess of 207,451.
The Eastern border of this district is the Liberty County line to Spanish Cover across to Lake Houston. The Southern border is the Houston city limits from I-45 to Lake Houston. The Western Border is I-45 from the Houston city limits to Montgomery County. The Northern border is the Montgomery County line from Interstate 45 to Liberty County.
