District 4 is approximately 216 square miles of unicorporated Harris County. The population of of this district is in excess of 220,000.

The Eastern border of this district is Barker Cypress South from U.S. 290 to F.M. 529 Beltway 8 at F.M 529 Southwest to Hwy 6, Southwest from Hwy 6 to the Fort Bend County Line. The Southern border is the Fort Bend County Line, South of I-10 to the Houston city limits on the east side and bordered by Fort Bend County on the South and West sides. The Western Border is Fort Bend County Line to U.S. Highway 290 and Waller County Lines. The Northern border is U.S. 290 East from Waller County line to Barker Cypress F.M 529 wast from Barker Cypress to Beltway 8.
