The Eastern border of this district is the Liberty County line to Spanish Cover across to Lake Houston. The Southern border is the Houston city limits from I-45 to Lake Houston. The Western Border is I-45 from the Houston city limits to Montgomery County. The Northern border is the Montgomery County line from Interstate 45 to Liberty County.
