Aside from the featured article written by the Houston press, Houston DWI Lawyer Tyler Flood was also quoted in an article titled “The Halloween Drunk Tank” The article was about the city of Houston’s “no-refusal weekend” where police can fast track search warrants for drawing blood samples from those who refuse to blow in the breathalyzer machine.
“Because they’re out there looking for blood,” says Tyler Flood.
After getting the warrant to allow them to take blood from the suspect officer Egdorf was quoted saying:
“We’re going to get him and stick him,” Egdorf said.
