Possession of Controlled Substance - XANAX Dismissed State dismissed during trial after realizing no officer would testify that they saw client with substance.
Possession of Marijuana Motion to Suppress Granted - Case Dismissed Officer conducted illegal Terry frisk and found marijuana in client's boot.
Possession with Intent to Deliver Dismissed Father found drugs in son's pants in his son's room. Father takes drugs from house and drives with drugs to police station. Police don't arrest Father, but search son's house and arrest son. Police never saw son in possession.
Possession of a Dangerous Drug Dismissed Soma found in client's car, but the pill belonged to client's father who had a valid prescription for possessing the drug.
Possession of Cocaine Dismissed State could not prove affirmative links due to female defendant's substance being "found" in her boyfriend's jacket, in his closet, surrounded by his clothing and no women's clothing.
