Possession of Controlled Substance	Dismissed	State v. Robinson, 176th District Court - Arrested for Possession of liquid codeine. Client had Rx but chemist could not identify any controlled substance.
Possession of Marijuana	Dismissed	State v. Page - Cops found pills and marijuana in client's apartment.
Possession of Marijuana	Dismissed	State v. Jimenez - Cops saw big red bong when client opened door.
Possession of Controlled Substance - XANAX	Dismissed	State dismissed during trial after realizing no officer would testify that they saw client with substance.
Possession of Marijuana	Motion to Suppress Granted - Case Dismissed	Officer conducted illegal Terry frisk and found marijuana in client's boot.
Possession with Intent to Deliver	Dismissed	Father found drugs in son's pants in his son's room. Father takes drugs from house and drives with drugs to police station. Police don't arrest Father, but search son's house and arrest son. Police never saw son in possession.
Possession of a Dangerous Drug	Dismissed	Soma found in client's car, but the pill belonged to client's father who had a valid prescription for possessing the drug.
Possession of Cocaine	Dismissed	State could not prove affirmative links due to female defendant's substance being "found" in her boyfriend's jacket, in his closet, surrounded by his clothing and no women's clothing.
Possession of Marijuana	Reduced	State reduced on the day of trial to a Class "C" possession of drug paraphernalia because client passed a drug test and there were possession issues as well as illegal search issues.
Possession of a Controlled Substance	Dismissed	State dismissed as part of a negotiated plea bargain.
Felony possession of Marijuana	Reduced to Misdemeanor	Two Pounds of marijuana recovered pursuant to an illegal arrest, officers fabricated probable cause that Defendant was urinating in public, actually, Defendant was merely bending over to look at his tire, Defendant had numerous prior convictions for Marijuana and had served several terms in State Jail, Defendant took 2 weeks in Harris County Jail as plea bargain.
Possession of a Controlled Substance	Dismissed	Two people at scene, State could not prove affirmative links.
Possession of Controlled Substance	Dismissed	No evidence recovered, even though officer stated he saw furtive movements and saw Defendant trying to hide something, State said, "not trying a case with no evidence.
Possession of a Controlled Substance	Dismissed	Crack pipe obtained as a result of warrant less search of hotel room, no Probable Cause for entry, illegally obtained evidence, case dismissed the day before evidentiary hearing on motion to suppress.
Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance	Dismissed	No probable cause for search of defendant's vehicle, evidence obtained as result of illegal search.
Felony Possession of Marijuana	Reduced	Officer alleged 4.5 oz. of marijuana but upon re-weigh amount came out to be 3.75 oz., misdemeanor quantity.
Possession of Marijuana	Dismissed	State dismissed charge as part of negotiated plea bargain.
Possession of Controlled Substance	Dismissed	No probable cause for the arrest, Officer arrested suspect, then searched vehicle for evidence of a crime. WRONG!
